Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dealer Success Manager based in Agra. The Dealer Success Manager will oversee dealer relationships, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction. Responsibilities include fostering strong partnerships with dealership teams, achieving sales targets, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. The role also focuses on providing guidance, training, and support to dealerships to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, consulting, or dealership management
• Analytical skills to assess performance metrics and identify improvement areas
• Ability to provide training and support to dealership teams
• Proficiency in using CRM tools or dealership management systems
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience within the automotive industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel locally and adapt to dynamic environments
