Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site Branch Manager role located in Kalyan at Care Insurance.

- The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing a team, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

- The role involves developing and executing business strategies, leading staff training programs, and maintaining key relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications:

- Leadership, Team Management, and Sales skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.

- Experience in branch management or similar role.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

- Certification in Insurance Management is a plus.

- Experience with CRM software is beneficial.
