We have a urgent positions into our Finance Department for the below role-

Job Title: Manager - Finance & Accounts
Location: Gurgaon (Sec 43), Haryana.
Role Description:
This role will be responsible for preparing IND AS 117 compliant financials, including, but not limited to, the following:
- Running the IND AS 117 Steering Committee and providing weekly updates to senior leadership.
- Managing the IND AS 117 Project Management Office.
- Preparing IND AS 117 proforma financials as required by the regulator.
- Actively participating in IND AS working group calls.
- Tracking IND AS 117 progress against the agreed project plan.
- Conducting IND AS 117 sessions with senior leaders, either independently or with the help of a consultant.
- Building capability on IND AS 117 by engaging cross-functional teams.
- Reviewing UAT outputs and test cases, then providing sign-off.
- Conducting process walk-throughs of current processes and identifying/recommending process gaps, flaws, and necessary changes.
- Mapping peer companies' positions and policy choices regarding IND AS 117.
- Creating summary presentations to facilitate discussions at various levels, including Steering Committees, parent companies, and industry forums.
Education: Only CA Qualified with 3+ yrs of exp in IND AS.
Genral Insurance: experience is mandatory
