Job Description

This is not a typical GTM role.

We have strong conviction on our target customers—EHRs, pharmacies, and telehealth companies.

Your job is simple: get us in the room with them.

Not by spamming.

Not by running generic sequences.

But by figuring out how to reach the right people—through cold outreach, warm intros, network mapping, and creative approaches.

If needed, youll run initial calls and build interest.

The founder handles demos and closing.

What youll own

• Breaking into high-value target accounts

• Reaching hard-to-access decision-makers

• Booking high-quality meetings with the founder

• Testing and refining messaging constantly

• Finding non-obvious paths into companies

What were building

CareCaller AI is the execution layer for care between healthcare appointments.

We automate follow-ups, refills, and patient communication through voice + messaging—helping clinics increase retention and drive revenue.

Were early, moving fast, and already driving real impact for clinics.

Who this is for

• Youve done outbound into the US market

• You can write cold emails that get replies

• Youre resourceful and figure things out without a playbook

• You enjoy breaking into specific accounts

Who this is NOT for

• If your strategy is send 1,000 emails and hope

• If you need a playbook handed to you

• If you only want to run sequences

Comp

• Base: ₹8L – ₹12L per year

• Bonus per qualified meeting booked

• Additional upside tied to revenue generated

• Equity with standard vesting

Working style

• India-based, with US timezone overlap

• High ownership, high autonomy

• Direct collaboration with founder

• Fast-paced, no bureaucracy

• A time you reached a hard-to-reach person
