Voice AI Engineer

Youll be building production-grade voice AI systems end-to-end

Realtime. Low latency. Used in real conversations.

What youll work on

• Realtime voice orchestration (LiveKit or similar)

• Telephony systems (Twilio or equivalent)

• Streaming, bidirectional conversations

• Interruption handling (barge-in), turn detection, endpointing

• LLM + STT + TTS orchestration into low-latency pipelines

• Reliable call flows with retries, fallbacks, edge cases

• Tuning TTS for real-world use (medical context, clarity, latency)

What youll own

• The entire voice stack end-to-end

• Choosing the right orchestration architecture

• Taking systems from prototype → production

• Solving for 

Who this is for

• Youve built voice AI systems in production

• Youve worked with telephony (ideally Twilio)

• You understand streaming + real-time systems

• Youve used or built on orchestration frameworks (ideally LiveKit)

• You think in systems, not just models

Who this is NOT for

• If your experience is limited to experiments or prototypes

• If you havent worked with real-time systems or telephony

Comp

• ₹6L – ₹12L per year

• Additional upside based on performance

• Equity with standard vesting
