Role Description

• Looking for Hands on End to end recruitment good with Portal sourcing / Preferred from Non IT background

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment

channels.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Good with written and verbal communication

Administration

Manage office supplies, stationery, and asset inventory.

Coordinate facility management services such as housekeeping, security, maintenance.

Assist in vendor management and processing invoices.

Ensure upkeep of office infrastructure and adherence to safety standards.

Handle courier, printing, filing, and document management tasks.

This Job requires candidate to work from Office

Qualifications

• Skills in HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR)
• Experience in Training & Development
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the analytics, consulting, or sustainability sectors is a plus
