Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Planning and Governance Manager with 25 years of experience in financial planning, revenue management, or category strategy. This role will support revenue forecasting,
performance tracking, pricing governance, and margin monitoring across our grocery e-commerce business. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, driving data-backed decisions, and bringing structure to financial planning processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Planning s Forecasting:
- Support the creation of monthly and quarterly revenue plans across categories.
- Maintain and enhance financial models to forecast revenue and margins.
- Assist in aligning with Finance and Commercial teams on topline and margin targets.
- Help prepare revenue performance reports with key takeaways and risk flags.
Pricing, Promotions and Governance:
- Implement governance processes for pricing, promotions, and commercial terms.
- Ensure adherence to budgeted profitability thresholds.
- Track exceptions and flag deviations from pricing and promotion policies.
Performance Monitoring s Insights:
- Build and update dashboards for revenue, AOV, margin, and conversion tracking.
- Monitor daily and weekly performance trends and identify variances.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive corrective actions and performance improvement.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work with Category Managers to execute pricing and margin strategies.
- Partner with Finance to support PCL inputs and scenario models.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to evaluate impact of campaigns on revenue.
Strategic Projects s Reporting:
- Contribute to strategic initiatives like pricing tool enhancement or new vertical planning.
- Assist in preparing revenue and margin insights for business reviews and leadership meetings

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in FPCA, revenue planning, category/brand management, or consulting.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Understanding of e-commerce or retail revenue drivers (pricing, promotions, seasonality).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and stakeholder coordination ability
