What you ll do
Reimagine customer support
Rethink how customers receive help by leveraging generative AI to build support experiences that are fast, smart, and seamlessly integrated. Deliver assistance that feels human, personal, and deeply aware of customer context.
Define and drive vision
Set the long-term vision and own the product roadmap for Ask Careem. Build intuitive, AI-powered experiences across key services including food, groceries, ride support, and more. Prioritize work based on impact, feasibility, and user needs.
Champion the customer
Put users at the center of everything. Translate research, feedback, and behavioral data into features that solve real problems. Ensure that experiences are consistent and coherent across the Careem app.
Lead applied AI innovation
Collaborate with design, engineering, and research teams to push the boundaries of what generative AI can do. Turn cutting-edge technology into practical, valuable solutions for everyday life.
Measure What Matters
Define and track key success metrics such as user engagement, satisfaction, retention, and business impact. Use experimentation and iteration to guide continuous product improvements.
What you ll bring
Product leadership
A track record of building and scaling high-impact products from concept to launch and beyond. You lead with clarity, drive alignment, and deliver results even in the face of ambiguity.
AI Product Experience
Hands-on experience working with AI or machine learning products whether assistants, recommendation systems, or personalization engines. You understand the opportunities and limitations of emerging technologies.

Customer obsession
A strong understanding of user pain points and a commitment to solving real problems. You use data, but lead with insights and intuition.
Analytical rigor
