Talent Acquisition Specialist Manufacturing
Responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for Manufacturing functions aligned with business goals. Partners with leadership to understand workforce needs and build strong talent pipelines. Focus on quality hiring, speed of closures, and exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing hiring strategies and sourcing plans
- Managing end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding)
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future needs
- Driving employer branding, campus hiring, and referral programs

- Improving candidate experience and recruitment processes
- Supporting diversity hiring initiatives, including female hiring
- Managing onboarding, documentation, and pre-employment checks
- Collaborating with leadership, agencies, and stakeholders for hiring needs
- Leveraging AI tools and digital platforms to improve Talent Acquisition efficiency
Knowledge & Experience:
- 7-10 years Talent Acquisition experience in manufacturing & agriculture hiring
- Strong direct sourcing and end-to-end recruitment expertise
- Experience in campus hiring, University Relations, and employer branding preferred
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to handle senior leadership interactions and confidential data
- Strong multitasking and prioritization ability
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in recruitment
Technical Skills:
- Strong in analytics and reporting
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Cross-functional collaboration
- AI-driven recruitment tools usage
