Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and a passion for fashion or beauty products.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  
• Monitor KPIs like conversion rate, average bill value, and footfall
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Train, supervise, and motivate store staff
• Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
• Maintain store visual merchandising as per brand guidelines
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
• Manage billing, cash handling, and store reporting
• Resolve customer complaints effectively
