Job Summary
We are hiring Transaction Processing Advisors (Back Office FLP) for our Gurgaon location. The role involves handling end-to-end transaction processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial and operational tasks for global clients. Candidates with proficiency in Italian, German, or Spanish are preferred.
Key Responsibilities

• Process financial and non-financial transactions accurately as per defined SLAs
• Review, verify, and validate transaction documents and data
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with company policies
• Handle back-office operations including data entry, reconciliations, and reporting
• Resolve transaction-related queries via email support

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and global teams
• Maintain confidentiality and data security standards
• Meet productivity and quality targets
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)
• Proficiency in Italian / German / Spanish (B1/B2 level or above preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Basic understanding of finance, accounting, or transaction processing
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
