About The Role
We are seeking a talented AI/ Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions for our industry-leading Ad Tech platform.
Experience: 5-10 Years
Educational Qualification: Bachelor / Masters degree in CS/ME/IT
Minimum 3+ years of experience in applying machine learning to solve realworld problems (experience in Ad Tech a plus). Proven experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models in production. Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) Proficient in Python and other relevant programming languages (SQL, Java, etc.) Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical concepts. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bonus points for: Experience working with big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop, etc.)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies Understanding of the Ad Tech industry Lets get connected
Roles & Responsibilities
Designing and developing data models and pipelines.
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for various Ad Tech applications, such as: o Real-time bidding (RTB) optimization o Ad targeting and personalization o Fraud detection and prevention o Campaign performance optimization Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI models into the Ad Tech platform Develop and maintain efficient training pipelines for machine learning models Monitor model performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on models Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning relevant to Ad Tech Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI solutions Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders You are close if you have
