- proven ability in interviewing candidates to gauge their qualifications and fit for various IT roles
- strong negotiation skills to ensure fair terms of employment are agreed upon by both the client and candidate
- understanding of the IT industry to recognize key trends and emerging technologies, adapting recruitment strategies accordingly

- conduct targeted recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates for various IT positions
- work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and understand job specifications to attract ideal candidates
- review resumes, cover letters, and applications, conducting preliminary interviews to shortlist potential candidates
- manage and update the candidate database regularly, ensuring accurate records of candidate profiles
- coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process
- offer guidance to candidates through the interview process, providing consistent communication and support
