This full-time, remote position will focus on recruiting skilled professionals for various IT positions, playing a crucial role in the growth and success of our company. The role is based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
Qualifications And Skills

• must have strong recruitment experience focusing on sourcing and placing IT candidates in various organizations (Mandatory skill)

• solid technical knowledge to effectively understand and communicate technical requirements to candidates (Mandatory skill)
• proficiency in candidate screening techniques to ensure candidates are a perfect fit for specified roles (Mandatory skill)
• excellent communication skills to articulate opportunities and expectations clearly to candidates
• effective networking skills to maintain relationships with past applicants, potential candidates, and industry professionals
• proven ability in interviewing candidates to gauge their qualifications and fit for various IT roles
• strong negotiation skills to ensure fair terms of employment are agreed upon by both the client and candidate
• understanding of the IT industry to recognize key trends and emerging technologies, adapting recruitment strategies accordingly

• conduct targeted recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates for various IT positions
• work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and understand job specifications to attract ideal candidates
• review resumes, cover letters, and applications, conducting preliminary interviews to shortlist potential candidates
• manage and update the candidate database regularly, ensuring accurate records of candidate profiles
• coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process
• offer guidance to candidates through the interview process, providing consistent communication and support
• negotiate job offers and employment contracts, striving for mutually beneficial agreements for the company and candidate
