HR Coordinator - Onboarding

What role you will play in team: You'll be an integral part of our HR team, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for all new hires. You will be the first point of contact for new employees.

What you will do: You will handle all aspects of the onboarding process, from pre-boarding to the completion of new hire paperwork.

Key responsibility:

• Prepare and send offer letters to candidates.
• Conduct background checks and reference checks for new hires.
• Coordinate new hire paperwork and documentation.
• Set up new employee accounts and access to systems.
• 
  Conduct new hire orientation sessions.
• Provide ongoing support to new hires during their initial period.
• Maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in HR, with a focus on onboarding preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
