What role you will play in team: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Key responsibility:

• Needs analysis and training design - identifying skill gaps and developing tailored learning programs.
• Program delivery - facilitating training sessions, workshops, and online courses.
• Training materials development - creating engaging and effective learning materials (e.g., presentations, manuals, online modules).
• Evaluation and assessment - measuring the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements.

• Learning management system (LMS) administration - managing and updating online training platforms.
• Staying up-to-date with current learning and development trends and best practices.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in learning and development.
• Strong instructional design and training delivery skills.
• Proficiency in using various learning technologies and platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
