The Python Developer plays a crucial role in our organization, contributing to the development and maintenance of high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable Python-based applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to create responsive and visually appealing web applications.
- Design and implement efficient and reusable backend systems that drive complex web applications.
- Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
- Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Manage and maintain the integration of data storage solutions.
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in a collaborative team environment.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to our operations and activities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in Agile development processes and ceremonies.
- Write and maintain technical documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development process.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Python Developer, with a strong portfolio of Python-based projects.
- Proficiency in Django, Flask, or other Python frameworks.
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs.

- Strong understanding of database management and SQL.
- Proficiency in version control tools such as Git.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
