Project Manager – Interior Design & Fit-Out Projects

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, organizing, and managing interior design projects from concept to project handover.
Coordinate and control project documentation including drawings, contracts, BOQs, submittals, and approvals.
Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and professional correspondence with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
Act as a communication bridge between design teams, contractors, site teams, and clients.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines and milestones are achieved.
Attend client meetings and site visits, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Review and coordinate AutoCAD drawings and technical documentation related to interior design projects.
Support procurement processes including material approvals, supplier coordination, and submittals.
Assist with site supervision, progress monitoring, and issue resolution during project execution.Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Degree or academic background in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience
Relevant experience in interior design, fit-out projects, or construction project coordination.Technical Skills
Ability to read and understand architectural and interior design drawings.
Strong documentation management and project coordination skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project coordination tools.Communication Skills
Excellent English communication skills (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage).
Ability to manage client communication and professional correspondence.Additional Requirements
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to attend site visits and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders.
