Senior Manager - Cross Border - Banking

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end regulatory authorization lifecycle

- Manage entity licensing and regulatory permissions across jurisdictions

- Drive cross-border regulatory governance (reach-in / fly-in-fly-out models)

- Liaise directly with global regulators

- Maintain global license inventory / entity authorization database

- Identify licensing gaps and ensure full regulatory coverage

Key Requirements:

- 12-18 years of experience in regulatory authorization and entity licensing.

- Strong experience in cross-border regulatory compliance / multi-jurisdiction frameworks

- Hands-on experience in regulatory approvals and licensing processes

- Experience working with global regulators

- Background in global banking environment

- Strong stakeholder management and governance experience
