Senior Manager - SOX Compliance - Consulting Firm

Key Responsibilities
- Engagement Delivery & Team Management :

- Lead and manage client engagements related to :

- SOX 404 compliance

- Internal controls assessment

- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

- Process reviews and risk assessments

- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Enterprise risk management initiatives

Manage end-to-end SOX engagements including :

- Scoping

- Test of Design (TOD)

- Test of Effectiveness (TOE)

- Deficiency evaluation and reporting

- Drive control rationalization and standardization initiatives across business processes.

- Lead and mentor teams across multiple locations to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Monitor engagement progress, budgets, billing, and overall engagement economics.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

10+ years of experience in :

- SOX compliance

- Internal audit

- Internal controls

- Risk advisory or governance consulting

- SOX 404 requirements

- COSO framework

- Risk and controls methodology

- Experience working with large consulting firms, professional services organizations, or multinational corporations preferred.
