HR Consultant

What role you will play in team: You will work closely with our team to help companies enhance their HR strategies and employee relations.

What you will do: You'll conduct assessments, create and implement HR solutions, and advise businesses on HR best practices.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct HR needs assessments and gap analysis.
• Design and implement HR solutions, including compensation and benefits.
• Develop training programs for employees.
• Advise on compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• 
  Manage employee relations issues.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 0-1 years' experience in HR (Entry-Level).
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
