Area Manager - Sales & Operations (Tier 1 MBA/PGDM Only)
Role Overview:
As an Area Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and operational excellence across a designated territory. Your day-to-day will involve leading a team of sales professionals, managing store operations, and developing strategies to maximize profitability and market share. You will collaborate closely with regional leadership, marketing teams, and store managers to ensure consistent brand execution and exceptional customer experiences. This role directly impacts revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company within your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the assigned area, focusing on market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance their skills and drive results.
- Oversee store operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, optimizing inventory management, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business development and implement initiatives to capitalize on them.
- Manage the P&L for the assigned area, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-effective measures to improve profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and corporate partners, to expand market reach and brand visibility.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of retail sales, store operations, and P&L management.
- Experience in business development, marketing, and sales strategy within the manufacturing or automotive industries is a plus.
- MBA or PGDM from a Tier 1 business school is mandatory.
- Adaptable to work across multiple locations within India.
