Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are eager to kick-start their career in IT Recruitment. As a Junior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT positions across different clients or internal teams. This is a great opportunity to learn the end-to-end recruitment process and grow in the HR and Talent Acquisition space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements from hiring managers or clients.
  
• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
  
  
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Maintain and update candidate records in the database or ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
  
• Learn and implement recruitment best practices and tools.
  

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to understand technical job requirements.
  
• MBA in HR is a plus but not mandatory.
  
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment can apply.
