Motion Designer

Key Skills: Motion Design, UX Design, Figma, UI/UX, Product Design

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product teams to create engaging motion designs that enhance user experience across applications.
• Utilize Figma to design, prototype, and iterate motion graphics integrated within product interfaces.
• 
  Work closely with UX designers to ensure seamless integration of motion elements within the product workflow.
• Develop and maintain design systems that incorporate motion design principles and ensure consistency across products.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in motion design and UX.
• Contribute to user-centered design by testing and refining motion interactions to improve usability and engagement.
• Preferably have experience in B2C industries or app-based products, focusing on product motion design rather than marketing collateral.

Get Hired
• 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in motion design, product design, or UX/UI design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
• Demonstrated experience in integrating motion design within UX contexts to enhance user experience.
• Familiarity with design systems and product design workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and UX/UI designers.

Education: Any Graduation.
