Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and initiate price updates in procurement systems, aligning with demand owners and suppliers.
• Support tail spend optimization and approvals, assist in system content maintenance, and handle supplier and stakeholder queries.
• Utilize procurement platforms (SAP, Ariba) and analytical tools to validate data and prepare reports.

• Collaborate with business requesters, country partners, and suppliers through clear and impactful communication.
• Provide operational support in activities such as order price validation, pay term checks in SAP, and handling quotation requests.
• Challenge and select suppliers while negotiating better terms and conditions for higher-value items.
• Support contract management activities, including amendments, extensions, and terminations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in Procurement and Strategic Sourcing within a global or multi-stakeholder environment.
• Solid knowledge of Direct Procurement and Purchasing operations.

• Proficiency in SAP Ariba / SAP MM for transactional procurement, data validation, and reporting.
• Experience in Vendor Management, Order Management, and supplier negotiations.
• Understanding of Material Management and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) concepts.
• Ability to handle quotation requests, price validations, and contract support activities.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier communication skills, with the ability to manage operational challenges proactively.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
