Roles and Responsibilities:

• Leverage Celonis to analyze, map, and visualize business processes.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in workflows.
• 
  Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process enhancements.
• Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote process mining adoption.
• Monitor and track process performance metrics, delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Document findings and provide recommendations for process optimization strategies.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with Celonis EMS or similar process mining tools.

  Good understanding of business process management (BPM) methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data integration for process mining initiatives.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Familiarity with automation and workflow tools (e.g., UiPath, SAP, ServiceNow) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to present technical findings in a business-friendly manner.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
