Job Overview

We are hiring for the role of Customer Support Executive at Careerschool HR Solutions. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries and concerns. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We are looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience, preferably freshers. The selected candidates will join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth.

• Handle customer queries and concerns through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and chat
• Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer issues

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience
• Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
