Job Description
- As a Software Engineer at Carelon Global Solutions India, you will be responsible for implementing and managing digital analytics solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and maintaining Adobe Analytics tracking using Adobe Launch or other tag management systems.
- Designing and managing robust data layers using JavaScript and HTML to ensure accurate data collection.
- Collaborating with developers, marketers, and UX teams to define tracking requirements and ensure proper implementation.
- Developing and executing A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Analyzing web performance data and generating actionable insights to support business goals.
- Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and campaign performance.
- Troubleshooting and resolving tracking issues and discrepancies in data collection.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Launch/WebSDK (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and DOM manipulation for data layer implementation.
- Experience with tag management systems and debugging tools (e.g., Adobe Debugger, Charles Proxy, browser dev tools).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, user behavior tracking, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with other analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tealium, Ensighten).
- Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Analytics or Adobe Target.
