Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Finance Manager with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (mandatory). Additional certification such as CPA or CFA will be considered a strong advantage.

- The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, compliance, and reporting for our group companies, with a strong focus on US accounting standards. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in managing US accounts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively during US shift timings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions for group companies.
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
- Handle consolidation of accounts across multiple group entities.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for the group.

- Review and manage tax compliance for both Indian and US jurisdictions.
- Develop internal financial controls, policies, and procedures to streamline operations.
- Supervise a team of accountants, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to all compliance standards.
- Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and recommendations for cost control and profitability improvement.
- Support strategic business decisions by providing financial insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure accurate accounts receivable/payable management and reconcile US client/vendor accounts.
- Handle intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and cross-border financial matters.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- CPA or CFA certifications will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in handling US accounts and financial reporting in US GAAP.
- Exposure to group companies or multinational business structures preferred.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations (both US and Indian is a plus).
Skills Required:
- Strong command of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when collaborating with US-based stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work in US shift hours.
