Job Description
- Role Overview:
As an Ethics & Compliance Technology Analyst at Cargill, your primary responsibility will be to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital solutions that enhance the effectiveness of the Ethics & Compliance (E&C) program. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to automate processes, manage data, and deliver insights using Microsoft Power Platform and other automation or project management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the development of custom applications in Power Apps.
- Assist in the automation initiative in Compliance, specifically in RPA using Power Automate.
- Investigate complaints and ensure that any identified deficiencies are promptly corrected.
- Monitor the organization's standards of conduct and ethical relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, employees, and communities.
- Stay updated on laws related to financial, advertising, marketing reporting, regulations, and industry guidance impacting the company's compliance program.
- Handle medium to advanced issues and problems under direct supervision, escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the organization.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple partners and teams, managing time and deadlines effectively.
- High level of personal integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Self-starter with the capability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
