Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager/ Sr. Relationship Manager to join our dealership team. In this role, you will guide customers through their car-buying journeylistening to their needs, recommending suitable options, and ensuring a seamless purchase experience. Success will require strong communication, product knowledge, and negotiation skills to deliver exceptional service while consistently meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, providing detailed information on vehicles, features, and financing options.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend the right models, trims, and packages.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives while highlighting benefits and specifications.
- Build long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and referrals.
- Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing to successfully close deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership growth.
- Stay updated on inventory, promotions, new model launches, and automotive industry trends.
- Ensure accurate documentation and smooth handover of vehicles.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with dealership service standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree (preferred) or relevant experience in sales/customer service.
- Proven sales record, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
