Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager/ Sr. Relationship Manager to join our dealership team. In this role, you will guide customers through their car-buying journeylistening to their needs, recommending suitable options, and ensuring a seamless purchase experience. Success will require strong communication, product knowledge, and negotiation skills to deliver exceptional service while consistently meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers, providing detailed information on vehicles, features, and financing options.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend the right models, trims, and packages.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives while highlighting benefits and specifications.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and referrals.
  • Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing to successfully close deals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership growth.
  • Stay updated on inventory, promotions, new model launches, and automotive industry trends.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and smooth handover of vehicles.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with dealership service standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree (preferred) or relevant experience in sales/customer service.
  • Proven sales record, ideally in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Basic knowledge of financing and insurance processes is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Valid drivers license required.
