Ready to take off Cargolux, Europe's largest all-cargo airline, is looking for a driven sales professional to join our dynamic Dubai hub! Be part of a global leader, connect with key markets, and help shape the future of air freight. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement targeted sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Focus on product-specific growth, including new offerings like AVI.
- Identify and respond to market shifts, competitive activity, and regulatory changes.
- Build long-term relationships with local and global freight forwarders.
- Partner with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular customer visits and track business development progress.
- Present sales performance, forecasts, and revenue reports to management.
- Maintain and update customer databases and market records.
- Share updates on schedules, embargoes, and operational changes with clients.
- Work closely with import/export teams to gather insights and support reporting.
- Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders across pricing, product, and compliance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the air cargo industry, with solid operational awareness of commercial and logistics processes.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; communicates clearly and assertively.
- Strong organizational skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments; meets tight deadlines with adaptability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong numeracy and literacy.
- Valid driving license required.
