Job Description

    As an HRIS Delivery Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to support the management and optimization of our HR applications, with a key focus on Oracle HCM Cloud. You will closely collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to develop, implement, and enhance our HR systems, ensuring the technical footprint of our HRIS landscape is effectively supported.
    Your key responsibilities include contributing to the management and optimization of all relevant HR applications, taking ownership of Oracle HCM technical system configuration, conducting thorough business analysis to understand the needs of the HR department and other stakeholders, gathering and documenting detailed requirements for system enhancements and new implementations, and collaborating with technical teams for accurate implementation of requirements.
    To be successful in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Additionally, a minimum of 7 years of HRIS experience, with at least 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, is required. Experience in a global or multi-country company is beneficial, as well as strong technical acumen in data and integration tools & methods in Oracle Cloud.
    Your technical knowledge should include a solid understanding of HR processes and data, hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities, integration methods, and reporting capabilities. Moreover, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and a willingness to work flexible hours to support the global workforce.
