Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the steel market, identifying opportunities and trends
• Develop a deep understanding of the brand, including its identity, target customers, and unique selling propositions
• Assess and implement marketing support strategies for the sales team, ensuring alignment with brand standards
• 
  Engage with local sales officers, accompany them on market visits, and explore new branding and marketing opportunities
• Analyze market, consumer, and competitive data to inform marketing communications and strategic decisions
• Review and provide feedback on promotional materials to ensure alignment with the marketing plan
• Oversee the implementation of marketing and advertising plans for effective market execution
• Collaborate with creative agencies, sharing insights from sales teams and market trends
• Develop new marketing and advertising plans based on market visits, media analysis, and competitive landscape

• Ensure robust brand visibility in dealer shops through various branding methods
