Job Description
- As a Service Manager at Carrier Commercial Refrigeration, you will play a crucial role in driving growth in the service business. Your primary responsibilities will involve revenue management, customer focus, operational excellence, team leadership, data-driven insights, and more.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Revenue Management:**
- Develop and execute strategies to increase service contract sales, spare parts, and other revenue streams.
- Monitor and report on revenue performance and identify areas for growth and improvement.
- **Customer Focus:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Gather customer insights to inform service offerings and pricing strategies.
- **Operational Excellence:**
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
- Optimize service processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
- **Team Leadership:**
- Lead and mentor the service team to achieve revenue targets and maintain high performance.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus.
- **Data-Driven Insights:**
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor performance to refine service strategies.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in service revenue management, preferably in the refrigeration, HVAC, or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue forecasting and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
