Business Manager – DSA (Dealer Sourcing & Auto Loans) | Cars24 UAE
About The Role
We're looking for a driven and experienced Business Manager to lead our DSA (Direct Sourcing Agent) vertical in the UAE. This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of B2B sales, auto finance, and operations — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You'll Do
  • Own the DSA P&L — drive volumes, conversion rates, and revenue targets across the dealer sourcing channel
  • Build and manage relationships with banking partners and dealers across the UAE
  • Lead a team of 10–15 dealer relationship associates, including hiring, performance management, and incentive planning
  • Oversee end-to-end operations across the valuation and loan processing pipeline, ensuring quality and turnaround time benchmarks are met
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Finance teams to improve tooling, reporting, and process automation
  • Contribute to annual operating plan (AOP) and business projections; track performance against targets and course-correct proactively

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, channel management, or client-facing roles — UAE/GCC experience preferred but not mandatory
  • A hustler's mindset — we welcome candidates from high-growth startups, fintech, or B2B sales environments who have navigated ambiguity and built pipelines from scratch. Direct auto or lending experience is a plus, not a prerequisite
  • Proven track record of directly managing a field or sales team of 10–15 people, with hands-on involvement in hiring, coaching, and driving accountability
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable holding your own in conversations with banks, dealers, and internal leadership alike
  • Data-driven — able to read dashboards, identify drop-offs, and translate insights into action without waiting to be told
