The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in sales and team management, with a proven track record in increasing sales and managing operational hubs.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure team success.

Territory Management: Oversee sales activities within the designated territory. Optimize sales processes and resource allocation to maximize revenue.

Hub Management: Manage operations at the assigned yard or hub, ensuring efficient processes and high standards of customer service.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to increase market share and enhance the customer experience.

Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications :

Education: MBA preferred, with a strong background in business management and sales

Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong analytical abilities and a strategic mindset.
