Finance Specialist

What will you drive

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Monitor day-to-day accounting operations, including revenue recognition, expense booking, and reconciliations
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors during audits and support in closure of audit findings
• Oversee the month-end and year-end closing process and ensure adherence to timelines
• Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs for financial processes
  
• Liaise with business and compliance teams to ensure proper documentation and financial governance
• Handle regulatory reporting requirements specific to NBFCs (e.g., RBI returns, statutory submissions)
• Support in tax audits, GST filings, TDS compliance, and other financial statutory obligations
• Identify automation opportunities and assist in implementation of financial tools or ERP enhancements
• Assist senior leadership with financial insights, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports

• Top CA Rankers with 4-5 years of post qualification experience.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and data interpretation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and exposure to financial tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) is a plus.
• Excellent business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams.
• A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
