Job Description

    As a Sales Executive in the Luxury Car Division at CARS24, you will play a crucial role in serving our premium clientele. Your responsibilities will include:
    - Handling customer queries related to buying and selling luxury cars.
    - Engaging with high-value customers via calls to establish strong relationships.
    - Educating customers about CARS24 processes, benefits, and value propositions.
    - Coordinating with internal teams such as operations and valuation to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    Free Workshop
    - Driving customer appointments, follow-ups, and ultimately closing leads.
    - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
    - Meeting defined sales and customer satisfaction targets.
    In order to excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications and skills:
    - Experience: You should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the automobile sector, preferably in sales or customer handling roles.
    - Education: A graduate in any discipline.

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
