Senior Product Manager

What will you drive

• Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of the Inspection App
• Convert ops and business needs into PRDs, user stories, and scalable workflows
• Improve inspection speed, accuracy, and quality at scale
• Design and optimize end-to-end inspection workflows (pre, during, post)
• Reduce inspection TAT to drive inspection growth
• 
  Build offline-first, low-latency mobile experiences for on-ground inspectors
• Partner with engineering on Android-first mobile development
• Own image/video capture, camera SDKs, quality checks, and fraud signals
• Balance fast execution with scalable, reliable systems
• Define and track key metrics: inspection TAT, data accuracy, reinspection rates, auction impact
• Use data and experimentation to drive marketplace outcomes
• Collaborate with Ops, Supply, Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams
• Act as the single-threaded owner for all inspection-related decision

Who are we looking for

• 4+ years of Product Management experience (ops-tech / marketplace preferred)
• Strong experience building mobile-first (Android) products
• Proven ability to design for field or operations users.
• Data-driven mindset with strong cross-functional leadership skills
