Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage vendor relationships across the assigned territory to ensure consistent quality and supply.
• Identify, onboard, and develop new vendors aligned with company quality and operational standards.
• Negotiate commercials, pricing, and service agreements to optimize costs and improve margins.
• Implement and monitor robust quality control frameworks to ensure vehicles meet defined standards.
• Conduct periodic audits and inspections of refurbished vehicles, ensuring timely defect resolution.

• Coordinate closely with refurbishment teams to ensure adherence to turnaround time (TAT) targets.
• Track and analyze key KPIs such as turnaround time, cost per unit, defect rates, and vendor performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance data and operational insights.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate refurbishment technicians and vendor teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and process discipline across all refurbishment activities.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and streamline refurbishment workflows.
• Negotiate competitive rates with parts suppliers and service partners to improve overall profitability.
