What Will You Drive?

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a key role in building our high-performing teams. You'll support the hiring process end-to-end while learning the ropes of talent acquisition at scale.

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
  
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
  
• Manage job postings on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and others
  
• Work with recruiters and hiring managers to close positions effectively
  
• Update and manage recruitment trackers and reports
  
• 
  Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the process
  

Who Are We Looking For?

• Availability: Internship duration of 3 to 6 months
  
• Stipend: 15,000 per month
  
• Fresh graduates or students in their final year of study (preferably HR, Management, or related fields)
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills

  Get Hired
  Comfortable with fast-paced and dynamic environments
  
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ATS tools is a plus
  
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
