Are you passionate about luxury retail and client relationship management? As the Boutique Manager, you will lead a brand new, highly coveted Cartier boutique at Jio World Plaza in Mumbai. This prestigious position puts you at the forefront of delivering an exceptional luxury experience while setting operational benchmarks for one of the citys most anticipated retail destinations.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
Your mission is to elevate the boutiques performance, enhance client relationships, and uphold Cartiers brand image. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the boutiques strategic direction and foster a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities
Among various responsibilities, your main missions will be to lead and develop the boutique team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets, drive business development initiatives and cultivate strong relationships with VIP clients as well as ensure operational excellence and compliance with Cartiers standards and procedures. You will look after:

• Business Growth: Drive sales, cultivate VIP client relationships, and exceed KPIs.
• Client Experience: Ensure outstanding service and maintain an updated client list.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the boutique team.
  
• Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with policies and maintain boutique standards.
  

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• You have a minimum of five years of retail management experience in luxury (watches/jewellery or hospitality). Bachelors/Masters Degree preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Business acumen and client relationship expertise.
• Adaptability, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Budget management and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
