Regional Operations Executive (Fixed Term Contract)

As a Regional Operations Executive you will assist the department in ensuring that projects are successfully led.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Among various responsibilities, your main missions are to be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the daily operations. This role is vital for maintaining control, accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will be part of a dynamic organization and will collaborate with several stakeholders to ensure efficient distribution flows.

Responsibilities

• Supply Chain tools key user
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Provide efficient sales administration
• Work on reporting & analysis
  
• Look after product Specificities

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Minimum of 1 yearof professional experience in Supply Chain, with a degree in Business or Industrial Engineering
• Fluent in English
• SAP Experience and knowledge is a plus
• Good knowledge of Office (Particularly Excel)
• Comfortable in general with most IT tools
• As a Regional Operations Executive, you are a team player, you are organized & rigorous, action and result oriented, you have good communication skills as well as relational skills, and you are pragmatic and agile.
