Talent Acquistion Specialist - Real Estate & Property Development

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-growing property development company in Dubai. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across sales, marketing, project management, and corporate functions for both our real estate and property development companies, with a real focus on building high-performing sales teams.

What You'll Do

• Headhunt and recruit top talent for real estate sales, leasing, and commercial roles.
• Manage the full hiring cycle: outreach ? interview ? offer ? onboarding.
• Partner directly with Sales Directors, Project Managers, and Team Leaders.
• 
  Hire at scale for high-priority projects while maintaining quality.
• Track recruitment KPIs: time-to-hire, quality of hire, and retention.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in real estate or sales-driven recruitment, ideally in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of commission-based sales structures and brokerage environments.
• Skilled at sourcing, interviewing, and closing mid to senior-level sales professionals.
• Highly organized, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
