Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations across corporate office and project sites.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of office infrastructure, equipment, and facilities.
  • Manage office supplies, stationary, and inventory control.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and front-office operations.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff and clients.
  • Handle administrative documentation, records, and correspondence.
  • Implement and monitor company administrative policies and procedures.

  • Provide administrative support for real estate project sites including logistics, material coordination, and manpower management support.
  • Liaise with project managers, contractors, and consultants for operational requirements.
  • Handle statutory documentation and permits related to site operations when required

Preferred candidate profile


  • MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Administration or Operations Management.
  • Experience managing multi-site operations (corporate office + project sites).
  • Knowledge of local statutory and municipal requirements related to facilities.
