Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule site visits for potential customers.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property visits.
- Explain project details, amenities, and location benefits to clients.
- Maintain daily visit reports and follow up with customers post-visit.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth site experience.
- Manage customer queries with a polite and professional approach.

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Prior experience in telesales / customer support preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
