About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a candidate from IIM who combines strategic
thinking with execution excellence. You will work directly with leadership to identify new
opportunities, build partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities in line with company goals.- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to shape GTM strategies.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build, nurture, and expand relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders.- Lead negotiations and create long-term partnerships to maximize revenue potential.
Sales & Revenue Ownership
- Own the end-to-end business development cycle: prospecting, pitching, closure, and post-sales handover.- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, driving measurable business impact.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to co-create solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights to inform product roadmap and positioning.
Leadership & Representation
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a high-performance sales culture.
