Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders and drive people strategies that enable organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, experience in partnering with leadership teams, and the ability to balance strategic initiatives with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
• Drive the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, career development, and offboarding.
• Coach and advise managers on performance management, employee relations, talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, talent calibration, and development planning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning, hiring strategies, and seamless onboarding.
• Analyze people metrics and HR dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommend improvements.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, action planning, and culture-building programs.
• Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, conducting investigations where required, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Support organizational design, restructuring, change management, and business transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR governance standards.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, HR Operations) to deliver best-in-class employee experiences.
• Drive HR projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline from a reputed institute.
• 7–10 years of HRBP experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology, fintech, SaaS, or startup environment.
• Strong understanding of HR practices across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience working closely with senior business leaders and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, organizational development, and talent management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and people analytics tools is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving business needs.
