What Youll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for tech and product roles (e.g., Backend, Frontend, DevOps, QA, Mobile, Product Managers).
- Understand business requirements and partner closely with hiring managers to design recruitment strategies.
- Map target companies and build pipelines of passive and active talent.
- Use sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instahyre, IIMJobs, Google X-ray search, and GitHub to identify quality profiles.
- Run outbound hiring campaigns and headhunt talent from similar tech product companies.
- Manage interview coordination, candidate experience, and feedback loops with the hiring panel.
- Maintain and improve recruitment dashboards, pipelines, and reports.
? 1. Experience in Tech Hiring
- Minimum 2 years of tech recruitment experience, preferably in product or high-growth startups.
- Exposure to hiring engineers working on backend (PHP, Java, Golang), frontend (React, Next.js), QA automation (Appium, Selenium), and DevOps.
