Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, located in Ghaziabad. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, executing social media strategies, and monitoring social media campaigns. The role includes developing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with audiences to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Content Creation
• Develop reels, posts, carousels, and graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
• Repurpose offline ad campaigns into engaging digital stories.
• Strategy & Optimization
• Stay ahead of platform updates and trends to make content perform better.

• Thought Leadership
• Design professional PPTs and educational PDFs that position CASHurDRIVE as an industry leader on LinkedIn.
• Brand Building
• Maintain a strong, consistent, and innovative brand voice across platforms.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Track insights, analyze engagement, and share actionable reports.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with the marketing team to sync campaigns and create ad-ready content.

Qualifications

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing
• Strong Communication skills
• Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
• Proficiency in Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and PDF design.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling ability.
• Prior exposure to B2B marketing is a plus.
